Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona for a Junior Marketing Manager. The responsibilities include assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance metrics. Daily tasks involve content creation, managing social media channels, collaborating with the sales team, and supporting the marketing team administratively.

Qualifications

  • Skills in marketing strategy development and campaign coordination
  • Experience in market research and performance analysis
  • Content creation and social media management skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency with marketing software and tools
  • Experience in the consumer goods sector is a plus
  • Knowledge of international markets and trends is beneficial
