Salary : €2,500 – €4,000 / month (we are looking for both a junior and a senior project manager)

Location : Barcelona, Spain

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the Hotel Construction and Renovation Industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a fantastic team and travel around Europe to supervise various projects.

About the role : The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing diverse teams at multiple locations (both domestic and international). They must oversee several projects simultaneously, possess industry-specific construction experience, and have a good working knowledge of Supply Chain management related to this industry.

The candidate should be capable of creating process flows with timelines, understanding safety and industry standards, and collaborating with our Procurement Team to ensure projects are designed, operationalized, and completed within deadlines.

Skills and Experience :

  1. Define project scope and assess available resources
  2. Estimate timeframes for each task
  3. Create and monitor project plans
  4. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to manage issues effectively
  5. Maintain consistent communication with team members to meet deadlines
  6. Manage costs and unforeseen expenditures
  7. Recommend adjustments during project execution

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. At least 5 years' experience in the Hotel Reconstruction Industry
  3. Proficiency in ERP and Project Management Software
  4. Strong team building and management skills
  5. Knowledge of international standards and regulations for hotels
