Nuestro objetivo es que nuestros clientes incrementen su competitividad y puedan tomar decisiones en tiempo récord.

Hemos crecido mucho y por este motivo buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un / a Property Manager que será el encargado de la gestión integral de las propiedades de la empresa.

Se encargará entre otras funciones de:

  1. Gestión de inmuebles comerciales y residenciales gestionando la administración diaria de los mismos.
  2. Relación con inquilinos gestionando las consultas, quejas y solicitudes, velando por la satisfacción y fidelización.
  3. Control y gestión financiera de los arrendamientos y cobros. Elaboración de informes periódicos y análisis de rentabilidad de las propiedades gestionadas.
  4. Cumplimiento legal, garantizando que todas las actividades cumplen con la ley, regulaciones y normativas de seguridad.
  5. Gestionar los arrendamientos, renovación de contratos y resolución de conflictos contractuales.
  6. Supervisar el trabajo de los equipos de mantenimiento, limpieza, etc. contratados para el servicio de las propiedades.
  7. Presentación de informes detallados sobre el estado de las diferentes propiedades a la dirección general.

Requisitos:

  1. Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Arquitectura, Ingeniería, Derecho o afines.
  2. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de propiedades, administración inmobiliaria o gestión de inmuebles. Experiencia previa supervisando equipos de trabajo será un plus.
  3. Conocimiento en la legislación local y normas urbanísticas.
  4. Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas.

Condiciones Laborales:

  1. Salario: A negociar según valía del candidato.
  2. Crecimiento Profesional: Oportunidades de formación y desarrollo dentro de la empresa.
  3. Jornada laboral: De lunes a viernes de 08:00h a 17:30h.
