Your Role and Contributions
  • Lead customer success initiatives (satisfaction and retention) for strategic accounts, ensuring their success with Autonomous Digital Enterprise (ADE) solutions that drive business value.
  • Assist customers in maximizing the value of BMC technologies through onboarding, lifecycle engagement, adoption maturity, and acceleration strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Build strong relationships to act as the voice of your customers within BMC, gathering feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmap planning.
  • Participate in global projects and innovate to solve everyday challenges, growing your skills and experience.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Alignment with BMC values and culture.
  • Ability to navigate organizational structures and establish relationships with executives and partners.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, capable of explaining complex scenarios simply.
  • Strong knowledge of BMC's Helix product suite — ITSM, Discovery, and Monitoring.
  • ITIL certification.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is approximately €50,850 to €84,750, depending on skills, experience, and organizational needs. This range is part of the overall compensation package, which may include variable pay and country-specific benefits.
