Job Description

We are seeking a Multimedia & Communications Specialist with a passion for technology, a flair for visual storytelling, and an eye for copywriting. You will join our Marketing and Communication Team to create, edit, and manage multimedia content—from graphic design to video production and photography—to support our marketing objectives, communication plan and product campaigns. Your responsibilities will include visual support in all forms for social media posts, website updates, presentations, videos and promotional materials. This role balances creativity, technical expertise, and communication's strategy, ensuring our robotics solutions and brand receive high-impact visuals and engaging content across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication Team to concept and produce multimedia content that aligns with our marketing objectives and communications plan.
  • Write short-form copy for social media, website pages, and promotional assets, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Manage a multimedia content calendar, planning ahead for upcoming product launches, tradeshows, and campaigns.
  • Assist in scheduling social media content, ensuring a strong and cohesive visual identity.
  • Maintain and optimize media assets in digital asset management systems.
  • Plan ahead considering the analytics tools available to monitor campaign engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations, etc.) to gather product details, capture success stories, and communicate brand messaging effectively.
  • Support trade show and event preparations with on-site photography, videography, and post-event editing.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos showcasing our products, events, and company milestones.
  • Capture high-quality photos for use in digital campaigns, social media, and printed materials.
  • Develop and edit graphics, visuals, and layouts for marketing materials (flyers, banners, infographics, etc.).
  • Help create and improve presentations across multiple teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for multimedia projects, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in multimedia content creation (video and photo) and basic graphic design, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with basic copywriting for marketing materials, social media posts, or web content.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) for basic to intermediate design tasks.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Applicants need to have a European work permit.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with availability to travel as needed.
