Job title: Grants for the consolidation and structuring of competitive research units of the Galician University System. Competitive reference group modality.

Job description:

  • Collaborate in tasks related to project management, among others:
    • Support in preparation of supporting reports, reports and documentation.
    • Contact work with other research groups, companies and institutions.
  • Collaboration in organizational tasks for the dissemination of the results through seminars, conferences, etc.
Eligibility Criteria

Candidates requirements (The merits reported by the participants will have to be documented and fulfilled at the end of the deadline for submitting applications):

Selection and Valuation Criteria:
  • Academic record of the Bachelor or Degree score: 10%, if the average grade is less than 6 out of 10, the score obtained will be multiplied by 0.5.
  • Project management experience: 30%, 0.5 points per month worked.
  • Training received and experience in office automation tools: 10%, 0.5 points per course lasting less than 15 hours, 1 point per course lasting from 15 to 30 hours, 1 point for every 30 hours (or fraction) of training for courses of duration greater than 30 hours.
  • Training received and attendance at courses related to the object of the contract: 10%, 0.5 points per course lasting less than 15 hours, 1 point per course lasting from 15 to 30 hours, 1 point for every 30 hours (or fraction) training for courses lasting more than 30 hours.
  • English level: 5%, maximum score with level C1.
  • Personal interview: to the three most valued candidates, provided that their score in the rest of the sections was less than 15% of the candidate with the highest score: max. 25 %.
  • Other merits: 10%:
    • Other languages: 0.5 points B1, 1 point B2 or higher (5% maximum).
    • Courses: 0.5 points per course lasting less than 15 hours, 1 point per course lasting from 15 to 30 hours, 1 point for every 30 hours (or fraction) of training for courses lasting more than 30 hours. (5% maximum).

Maximum total points equal to 100.

Candidates must achieve a minimum of 50 points in the overall evaluation of all items. A waiting list will be created for candidates who are not proposed by the selection committee but achieve this minimum score of 50 points.
