Descripción del Puesto:

Ubicación: Cádiz, 100% Presencial

Reporta a: Director de Proyecto

Responsabilidades Clave:
  1. Gestión de la Construcción del Proyecto: Serás responsable de supervisar la construcción del proyecto, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos, el presupuesto, la calidad y los estándares de seguridad requeridos.
  2. Gestión del Sitio: La construcción se llevará a cabo en las instalaciones del cliente, como plantas o astilleros, involucrando una cantidad significativa de mano de obra propia (miles de trabajadores). Este es un aspecto crítico del rol, por lo que los candidatos con experiencia en grandes proyectos EPC Onshore, particularmente aquellos con un sólido trasfondo en Construcción (trabajos electromecánicos en talleres, astilleros o entornos similares), son ideales para esta posición. Además, deberás gestionar importantes trabajos de subcontratación (fabricación, servicios auxiliares, etc.).
  3. Análisis y Mitigación de Riesgos: Se requiere una amplia experiencia en análisis de riesgos (costos y cronograma), junto con la capacidad de anticipar posibles problemas.
  4. Gestión Contractual: En colaboración con el Administrador de Contratos del Proyecto, participarás en la identificación y preparación de posibles reclamaciones o órdenes de cambio para el cliente.
Requisitos y Experiencia:
  1. Título en Ingeniería con más de 7 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
  2. Amplia experiencia en la gestión de grandes fuerzas laborales (miles de trabajadores) en proyectos EPC Onshore, especialmente con experiencia directa en construcción (trabajos electromecánicos en talleres, astilleros o entornos similares).
  3. Alto dominio del inglés (nivel C1), con la capacidad de manejar reuniones y correspondencia en inglés.
  4. Disposición para considerar una posible expatriación, aunque, inicialmente, los proyectos probablemente se desarrollarán en España.
  5. Experiencia con modelos contractuales internacionales en las industrias de Oil & Gas o Energía Eólica.
  6. Experiencia en gestión de personas.
Requisitos Adicionales:
  1. Dominio Avanzado de Inglés: Es esencial contar con experiencia previa trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de Administración de Contratos, Subcontratación o Servicios Jurídicos.
  2. Expertise Contractual: Experiencia en la redacción e interpretación de contratos internacionales.
