Lead and oversee multiple IT security initiatives, including the implementation of global programs and audit remediation action plans. Establish and maintain an effective governance framework to ensure proper planning, execution, and oversight of security activities. Ensure project alignment with security strategies, compliance requirements, and business objectives. Support audit responses and drive remediation actions to ensure regulatory compliance. Build and run the adequate governance to ensure proper planning and execution of the activities by the various teams while ensuring risks and escalations are properly collected, communicated, and arbitrated. Support the projects by defining security requirements to be implemented.
Required technical skills:
- +8 years of experience executing or controlling IT security operational processes (patching, hardening, vulnerability management…)
- +5 years of experience in Cloud (AWS and Azure)
- Strong project management skills in IT security
- Experience in a regulated environment (Banking, Insurance…)
- Operational knowledge: Web & application servers (Apache, IIS, Tomcat, JBOSS, …), Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V), Citrix platform
- Language: English - Fluent mandatory
