Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Developer.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in analysis for marketing automation and martech solution development.
  • Implement and develop infrastructure for marketing cloud development.
  • Analyze clients' marketing and technology needs, contributing to communication system developments.
  • Perform technical marketing tasks and develop processes for cloud-oriented marketing automation solutions.
  • Launch automation processes suited for cloud implementation and ensure smooth operation of automated communication processes.
  • Implement technological advances and marketing solutions, perform testing, diagnostics, and resolve development issues.
  • Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
  • Work on cloud integrations using programming languages like Javascript, Ampscript, Server-Side Javascript, API.
  • Adhere to software quality standards set by Omega's technical management.
Mandatory Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects.
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in HTML and CSS development.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
