Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in leveraging technology for marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Provide effort estimations and work collaboratively with the Omega team and clients to achieve project goals.
  • Optimize application performance and identify potential technical risks, proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology providers as needed, document processes, and track system metrics.
  • Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
  • Train end users on new functionalities and ensure software quality standards are met.
  • Implement technological advancements and generate technical documentation.
  • Contribute to team training, share knowledge within Omega's community of practice, and suggest methodological improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.

Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; knowledge of other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
  • Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps, Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and own applications.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
