El Puesto

Como Senior Consultor/a de Reclutamiento 360° en Tenth Revolution Group, asumirás un rol clave gestionando todo el ciclo de contratación, desde la identificación de talento hasta la colocación exitosa, al tiempo que lideras el desarrollo comercial con clientes de alto nivel.

Tu experiencia previa será fundamental para diseñar estrategias efectivas, generar resultados y establecer relaciones comerciales duraderas.

  • Gestión Integral del Reclutamiento: Liderar todo el proceso, desde la identificación y evaluación de talento hasta la negociación de ofertas.
  • Desarrollo Comercial Estratégico: Identificar oportunidades clave, negociar acuerdos y fortalecer relaciones con clientes actuales y nuevos.
  • Liderazgo Comercial: Convertirte en un/a socio/a estratégico/a para las empresas, ofreciendo soluciones a medida para sus necesidades de contratación.
  • Networking Profesional: Aprovechar tu experiencia para ampliar nuestra red en el sector tecnológico, especialmente en tecnologías cloud.
  • Mentoría y Contribución: Compartir buenas prácticas con consultores/as más juniors y contribuir al éxito del equipo.
  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en reclutamiento 360°, con enfoque en ventas y desarrollo comercial.
  • Habilidad para gestionar de manera autónoma una cartera de clientes y candidatos.
  • Experiencia en entornos altamente comerciales con logros concretos en captación de negocio y generación de ingresos.
  • Pasión por la tecnología y conocimiento del mercado IT, especialmente en soluciones cloud (Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS).
