Human Resources Manager Spain at Cosmo International Fragrances

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support for business applications, collaborating with corporate and third-party resources.
  • Gather business and user requirements through industry-standard techniques.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, working with technical teams to validate them.
  • Make recommendations and propose technical / non-technical solutions to solve business problems and meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate issues resolution and new requests with the IT members as the first point, competence center, peers, other software vendors, and business users to ensure the system's specifications meet the functional requirements.
  • Assist in creating and executing test scenarios for functional or system changes.
  • Ensure UAT approval is obtained before production deployment.
  • Assist in user training and document system / process changes.
  • Support data cleansing and migration with queries to update data.
  • Provide post-go-live support and additional training as needed.
  • Use virtual tools effectively to collaborate with local and remote teams.
  • Communicate project and task status updates.
  • Cross-train with other IT teams for backup support.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 years of relevant Business Systems Analysis work experience.
  • Good level of English and Spanish; French is desirable.
