Context: Our client wishes to strengthen their teams with Java / ReactJS full-stack developer profiles. The project consists of 2 Scrum teams, with 3-week sprints. Each team is composed of full-stack developers, QA testers, and a Product Owner. The position is open to experienced profiles or talented juniors.

Description: Defines, designs, and writes, based on an analysis of the specifications, all or part of the programs necessary for the development of IT solutions, and ensures their maintenance.

Deliverables:

  1. Analyze and estimate User Stories.
  2. Develop features based on specifications.
  3. Participate in code reviews.
  4. Perform unit tests.
  5. Write associated documentation.
  6. Ensure compatibility of application components or technical elements with existing ones.
  7. Implement the solution (programming, configuration...), respecting norms and standards.
  8. Participate in technical meetings.
  9. Share and circulate information within the team.

Skills:

Back-end (Java)

  1. Advanced Java: Mastery of the latest Java versions (Java 17 or higher).
  2. Java Frameworks: Expertise in a Java framework (for REST APIs, microservices, security, ORM, SpringBatch).
  3. API Design: Creation and management of RESTful APIs / Version management, pagination, and documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI.
  4. Databases: Relational DBMS: MariaDB, MySQL, or Oracle. NoSQL databases: MongoDB SQL query optimization and use of ORM (Hibernate).
  5. Testing: Unit tests (JUnit, Mockito). Integration tests with tools like Test containers or Postman.
  6. CI / CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD).

Front-end (ReactJS)

  1. ReactJS Mastery: In-depth knowledge of React and its concepts: hooks, functional components, global state, context management.
  2. API Consumption: Communication with backends via Axios or Fetch API (error handling and loading states).
  3. Advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: In-depth understanding of ES6+ (async / await, destructuring, etc.). Style management with CSS-in-JS.
  4. Object-oriented TypeScript programming.

Other Technical Skills:

  1. DevOps tools: Use of Docker for development environments.
  2. Versioning: Mastery of Git (GitHub, GitLab).
  3. Performance and optimization: Profiling and optimization of front-end and back-end performance.
  4. Security: Knowledge of OWASP standards (XSS, CSRF) and securing sensitive data.

Bonus added value: Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation is a flowchart method that models the steps of a planned business process from A to Z). Know how to use web application profiling tools.
