En Reig Jofre estamos buscando a un/a Production Equipment Engineer para que pueda contribuir a los diferentes proyectos que estamos desarrollando en las plantas productivas ubicadas en Sant Joan Despí.

Su misión principal será la de garantizar que se mantienen en perfecto estado de funcionamiento los equipos productivos de fabricación, acondicionado primario y secundario.

Funciones:

  • Organizar y supervisar el trabajo del personal de mantenimiento a su cargo, con el objetivo de minimizar las incidencias en el proceso productivo.
  • Minimizar averías y desviaciones en los equipos productivos, identificando, proponiendo y ejecutando aquellas mejoras con el objetivo de aumentar la eficiencia de los equipos y su disponibilidad.
  • Gestionar y ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo relacionadas, siguiendo los procedimientos internos y garantizando el cumplimiento de las GMP's y políticas de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
  • Realizar informes y/o análisis de tendencias para minimizar averías y/o desviaciones recurrentes.
  • Mantener actualizadas las copias de seguridad de los PLC's y HDMI's de los equipos de planta, para asegurar el plan de contingencia de los equipos y mejorar la capacidad de respuesta.
  • Gestión y documentación de las investigaciones asociadas a las desviaciones asociadas a los equipos productivos.
  • Defender ante auditorias internas, de clientes o regulatorias todo el sistema documental relacionado con los equipos de producción.
  • Realizar seguimiento de indicadores y colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua del departamento, cumpliendo los planes de acción específicos cuando los indicadores así lo muestren.

Aptitudes y experiencia requeridas:

  • Licenciatura o Grado en Ingeniería o equivalente.
  • Experiencia mínima de más de 5 años en funciones similares a las descritas.
  • Imprescindible haber trabajado en industria farmacéutica o entornos regulados
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
