Technical Project Manager & Coordinator (EU Based / Remote)

Remote – Must be based in the EU|Full-Time|Reports to : CTO

We're looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and communicative professional to support the CTO in managing Engineering projects, internal tools, improving communication, and optimizing technical operations.

What You'll Do

• Support the CTO in organizing technical projects and priorities
• Administer and optimize Jira (automation, workflows, reporting)
• Maintain and structure documentation in Confluence
• Oversee tools like 365, Azure, Gitlab, Datadog , and help improve IT / security processes
• Act as a key communicator across teams and stakeholders

What You Bring

• Engineering background (degree or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with Confluence , Azure , Copilot 365 , and monitoring / security tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• EU-based with the ability to work remotely
