Based in Galindo, Spain, our Transformer Service Center seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with experts from Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Operations to develop cutting-edge power transformer solutions that meet customer needs. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced simulation tools and opportunities to build strong customer relationships through technical support and design reviews.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and manufacture power transformers meeting customer specifications.
  2. Collaborate across departments to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
  4. Learn from and access our global network of experts.
  5. Utilize advanced simulation tools for complex technical challenges.
  6. Prepare technical documents and engineering reports following established formats.
  7. Address technical problems systematically and propose innovative solutions.
  8. Contribute ideas to improve products, processes, and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Physics.
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably with transformers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in PC tools; knowledge of electrical design tools is a plus.
