Your key responsibilities
- Participate in change management efforts to support country transformation and growth. Manage impact, stakeholder engagement, and adoption in the units for implementation of new initiatives.
- Facilitate planned initiatives in the units assigned, providing efficient, aligned, and lean HR solutions while supporting business needs.
- Foster a growth culture within the units assigned, upgrading talent through strategic staffing and talent pipeline development for key roles, in alignment with dsm-firmenich values and competencies.
- Establish and maintain successful HR partnerships and relationships across the units assigned, promoting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing workforce development.
- Advise and coach assigned business leaders on development, performance, rewards and recognition, and conflict resolution for their teams.
- Work closely with the Spain HR Team and European Regional Rewards Lead to ensure alignment of compensation and benefits packages for the population assigned.
- Talent development activities for the population assigned, i.e., performance management, succession planning, leadership programs, and talent acquisition activities for the population assigned.

You bring
- Master's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law) and professional trainings in HR fields.
- Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in the HR field, preferably in Life Sciences, FMCG, or Tech corporations.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with outstanding stakeholder management and communication & influencing skills on all hierarchical levels.
- Organizational and cultural awareness/sensitivity.
- Self-starter and autonomous.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Any other European languages are a plus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
