THE ROLEJoin our Customer Service Hub at our location in Badalona as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from customer purchase orders to payment receipt. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering orders and monitoring their processing while keeping the customers informed at all stages.
- Handling returns, issuing credit notes, and processing sample orders efficiently.
- Optimizing order size, frequency, and the entire supply chain, including goods issue and shipment tracking.
- Addressing customer inquiries and collaborating across departments.
- Continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Solid professional experience in a comparable position, such as customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Experience with handling exports or sea & airfreights would be a plus.
- Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
- Experience with SAP R3 – SD module is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, French, or Spanish would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
