We are currently working with an industry leader in energy storage solutions who are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the rapidly growing energy storage sector by providing top-tier support to customers and clients.
Your Role:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Track and manage customer inquiries through the ticket system.
- Provide 1st-level customer support, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Offer technical assistance over the phone, helping customers troubleshoot and optimize their energy storage solutions.
Key requirements:
- You will need to speak either Italian or German fluently for this position, as well as one of the following languages: Hungarian, Dutch, Swedish, Romanian or Czech.
- Experience in technical support, customer service, or IT support.
- Knowledge of energy storage systems (highly beneficial but not essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
