Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team in La Cala de Mijas. This role is pivotal in connecting potential clients with our Wealth Managers, ensuring a seamless introduction to our services. The ideal candidate is driven, maintains a positive demeanor, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Proactively contact potential clients to schedule appointments with Wealth Managers.
  2. Maintain and update client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
  5. Provide feedback to the team on client interactions to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications :
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
  3. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Previous experience in a client-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
