Finance Business Controller AnalystMobility is the goal
As Finance Business Controller Analyst, you will be supporting efficiency improvements and process excellence in Finance & Backoffice operations at Group level as part of Schindler's Center of Expertise (CoE) in Madrid. Your key challenges and tasks will include:
- Month end closing support for designated group companies of different sizes and complexity which is a great opportunity to acquire deep understanding of the processes.
- Detailed reporting of Balance sheet, P&L statement, and a series of management accounting forms to the Group Reporting Tool.
- Monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet and P&L accounts, support in identifying differences and implementing solutions and corrections in the system.
- Perform list of preclosing checks to ensure smooth month end close.
- AD HOC reporting for zone management and global controlling.
- Supporting continuous business process improvements at Group level.
Mobility needs you
You are a self-directed, self-organized, highly responsible, and reliable team player. Your strong analytical and conceptual thinking pair with your open mind and good communication skills. Further requirements include:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Finance / Economics/ Business Administration.
- Proven experience in financial management and solid accounting base.
- Work experience in similar positions of at least 2 years.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules in a global system environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Travelling – not frequent, if required.
- Proficient level of English; other languages considered an asset.
- PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
