Assistant Store Manager

Luxe Talent selecciona para su cliente, firma Premium internacional, a un/a Store Manager para su punto de venta situado en el Outlet de la Roca Village.
Como Assistant Store Manager tus principales funciones serán:
- Ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente y ser el ejemplo a seguir para el equipo de tienda;
- Gestionar y liderar al equipo responsabilizándote de la selección, formación y motivación del personal;
- Dirigir la tienda en todas sus vertientes así como mantener un control constante de la imagen y la exposición del producto en el punto de venta (visual merchandising);
- Organizar al equipo con tal de alcanzar los objetivos propuestos por la empresa para maximizar las ventas;
- Analizar de los KPI's con el objetivo de tener control sobre la situación de la tienda y poder mejorar los objetivos propuestos por la firma.
