En Tigloo actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de Service Delivery Manager para nuestra sede principal en Pamplona (Cordovilla).

En cuanto a las funciones a desempeñar estarían :

  • Gestionar la relación operativa con clientes : reuniones de seguimiento, mejora continua y satisfacción.
  • Gestionar la relación operativa con los empleados que prestan servicios en los distintos clientes.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos para cliente y para dirección, tanto técnicos como ejecutivos.
  • Participar en la gestión del ciclo de vida del servicio : transición, operación y mejora.
  • Impulsar la eficiencia, la calidad y la evolución del servicio contratado.
  • Detectar oportunidades de ampliación o evolución de servicio junto al área comercial.

Si tienes :

Grado en Ingeniería, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, ADE con perfil tecnológico o similar.

Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en gestión de servicios IT y / o gestión de personas.

Conocimiento avanzado demostrable de MS Office.

Conocimiento general de sistemas de IT y procesos de externalización.

Valorable certificación ITIL o experiencia con modelos de gestión de servicios.
