Global Partnership and Growth Manager

We are Cooltra, a European leader in sustainable mobility with presence in various countries.

We are seeking a Global Partnership and Growth Manager to join our marketing department at our headquarter in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an outbound partnership strategy to drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue and branding objectives.
  • Main products: Corporate Accounts, 3rd Party Integrations, Sponsorship and Branding deals with big companies and Cooltra for Employees.
  • Manage and coach a remote team of two Partnerships and Growth specialists.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to formulate partnership strategy and identify how to deliver business priorities.
  • Drive progress on partnership conversations ensuring a robust deal pipeline.
  • Lead end-to-end deal and strategic partnership process, including developing partner strategy, engaging external partners, and contract negotiation.
  • Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Operations, IT, Marketing, Legal, Comms & Customer Service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Partnerships and/or strategic business development.
  • Experience closing Partnerships with big consumer brands that include branding and revenue generation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience cultivating and growing strategic business partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and negotiate with partners.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Based in Barcelona, with a hybrid approach: 3 days/week at the office and 2 days from home.
