Mission

Tasks and Qualifications: Perform assembly and maintenance of machinery, including preventive, corrective (faults and repairs), safety inspections, commissioning, and delivery to clients. Provide technical and commercial advice to clients, identify sales opportunities for services, spare parts, and new machinery.

Main Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance using established checklists.
• Handle fault reports and repairs, identifying deficiencies, and informing clients, with approval for repairs or estimates.
• Supply spare parts, identify needs, and manage replacements.
• Conduct safety tests according to legal prescriptions.
• Assemble new machinery, perform commissioning, and hand over to clients.
• Prepare repair estimates and manage spare parts supply as per organizational guidelines.

Customer Service

• Advise clients on machinery and services, including technical issues, repairs, and upgrades.
• Proactively identify and communicate sales opportunities for services, spare parts, and new or improved machinery.

Technical Reports

• Prepare technical assistance reports according to organizational standards, including daily transmission, client signatures, assistance coding, and parts used.

Management of Technical Resources

• Proper use and care of work vehicle, notebook, phone, tools, inventory, and all assigned materials.

Knowledge & Experience

• Vocational training in Mechatronics or similar, or at least 1 year of experience as a maintenance/repair technician.

Additional Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid forklift license (front and reach truck). If not available, internal training will be provided.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
