Our client, a distinguished Spanish multinational leader in FMCG, is seeking a dynamic, methodical, and collaborative HR Business Partner to lead and implement strategies for sustainable and profitable growth, enhancing the company's market position through strategic talent management and organizational development.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives and cultural values.
  • Drive talent management, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Assess market trends to keep HR policies competitive and innovative.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic HR planning.
  • Create procedures, culture, and mission for a growing company with over 500 employees.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HRBP roles.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
