About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cybersecurity Compliance Lead Analyst within a global FTSE 100 company. The organization is expanding its IT support team across the EMEA region following an internal transformation.

The role is part of the global team and focuses on ensuring compliance with the organization's comprehensive cybersecurity policy framework.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and resilient environment for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee compliance with the cybersecurity policy framework across IT organizations.
  2. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, processes, and procedures.
  3. Manage cybersecurity risks through assessments, monitoring, and reporting.
  4. Address non-compliance issues and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
  5. Handle exceptions, exclusions, and alternative controls for cybersecurity requirements.
  6. Provide guidance and support on cybersecurity matters.
  7. Coordinate and manage regular cybersecurity compliance tasks.
  8. Act as the point of contact for audit-related queries and facilitate timely resolution of findings.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements within cybersecurity compliance.
  10. Support investigations of potential cybersecurity incidents.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in information security risk and/or compliance roles.
  • Professional certifications in information security, risk management, and/or compliance are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of security compliance, policy management, and frameworks.
  • Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of IT compliance, risk, and general IT security principles.
  • Experience in developing IT policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance tools and platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills in technical and business contexts.
