Work in the origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of company profiles and pitches for commercial purposes
  2. Industry analysis and identification of potential candidates for transactions using database resources and internet
  3. Financial modelling and valuation analysis (DCF, DDM, trading multiples and transaction multiples), under supervision

Knowledge needed:

  • Finance
  • Valuation methods

Qualifications/Education Required:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering with strong interest in finance.

Focused, ability to work under pressure and motivation.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Analytical, computer and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of valuation methods
  • High level of English and Spanish

Prerequisites:

  • Have completed your degree (including TFG)
  • Not have had a previous employment contract
