About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent to the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for a variety of roles within the fintech and tech industries. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, drive the recruitment process, and enhance the candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering positions to candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job descriptions, requirements, and hiring criteria.
- Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to timelines.
- Conduct interviews, provide feedback, and guide hiring managers through the decision-making process.
- Create and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the fintech industry.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and offer statuses.
- Monitor and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices, ensuring the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a fair and unbiased recruitment process.
- Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruitment within the fintech, tech, or financial services industries.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including technical and leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent mapping, and the ability to utilise various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the fintech industry and the ability to attract top talent with specialised skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus).
