Senior Insights Analyst (Relocation to Malta Required)
Join BrainRocket as a Senior Insights Analyst. This role requires relocation to our office in Birkirkara, Malta, with relocation assistance available.
BrainRocket is a software development company and digital solutions provider. We are seeking a candidate with:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in SQL and R or Python;
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques;
- Experience in data presentation and sharing insights;
- A proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights;
- Interpreting complex data and presenting findings clearly;
- Applying advanced analytics, including predictive and prescriptive modeling;
- Developing models to support business decisions;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide data-driven solutions;
- Acting as a liaison between analytics and other departments.
Mentorship and training:
- Mentoring junior analysts and promoting best practices;
- Conducting training to improve data literacy across the organization.
