The Role / Opportunity
The Farm Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for planning and organizing the work of all farm maintenance staff on your team to ensure that all machinery and equipment are maintained to the required standard in a timely fashion and at the lowest possible cost to the company.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5-7 years' experience of running large-scale workshops/servicing centres.
- Experience in the maintenance of large-scale agricultural equipment and power generators.
- The ideal candidate will have exposure to devising and implementing structured maintenance systems with particular emphasis on a planned approach to preventive maintenance and recording and analysing maintenance data.
- Exposure to computerized stock control system.
