Buscamos un / a Growth Marketing Manager con sólida experiencia en estrategias de adquisición (Paid Media, SEO), activación y retención (email marketing, automatización, etc.).

Una persona analítica, proactiva y con visión estratégica para liderar proyectos de marketing digital orientados a resultados.

Responsabilidades:
  • Dirección de proyectos: Liderar, coordinar y optimizar proyectos de marketing digital con enfoque en crecimiento.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentación: Definir y ejecutar experimentos para mejorar la conversión y eficiencia de campañas.
  • Coordinación de equipos: Colaborar con equipos técnicos (Paid, SEO, UX/UI, Tech) para asegurar calidad y eficiencia.
  • Gestión de clientes: Mantener una comunicación clara y constante con clientes, asegurando expectativas y resultados.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años como Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Manager o Project Manager en agencia o consultora de marketing digital.
  • Growth Marketing: Dominio de canales de adquisición (Paid Media, SEO) y retención (email marketing, automation).
  • Perfil analítico: Orientación a datos y conocimiento avanzado de herramientas como GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Gestión de proyectos: Experiencia en planificación y coordinación de equipos técnicos, asegurando el delivery (tiempos, presupuesto y calidad).
  • Comunicación: Habilidades de comunicación y organización para la gestión de clientes.
