Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Programmatic Director, you will create impact within our Programmatic team and Global Paid Media capability. At Jellyfish, the Paid Media department consists of team members with expertise in implementing all forms of programmatic marketing and trafficking.
You'll work with some of the biggest brands on the planet, and as Google's global partner, we provide the right technology, strategy and training, while promoting lasting relationships. At Jellyfish, we are committed to encouraging professional growth, and your career path could lead to Programmatic Director or Paid Media Senior Manager.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Run end-to-end programmatic campaigns, including setup, pacing, optimisation, and performance analysis.
- Manage the production and presentation of client-facing reports and studies to inform strategic campaign decisions.
- Partner with Business Development and Client Management to develop strategies for prospective clients.
- Mentor junior team members as the business expands.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on all new formats, technical solutions, and projects.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Over 4 years of experience managing display and programmatic campaigns in a marketing agency.
- Proficient in the technologies and processes involved in running programmatic campaigns, including Demand-Side Platforms like DV360 or Campaign Manager 360.
- Some experience mentoring junior team members or interns.
- You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances with an ability to summarise and analyse data.
