Do you have a proven track record of reviewing tender documents and contracts for MEP projects? The opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer responsible for managing, calculating, and designing MEP installation projects in Data Centers. Candidates can be based in Barcelona or Madrid, with a hybrid work arrangement. Applicants must have the right to work in Spain / EU, and be fluent in Spanish / Catalan and professional English.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing preliminary designs, basic projects, and executive projects for MEP installations, including studies, reports, and technical documentation.
  2. Leading meetings with clients, contractors, and subconsultants.
  3. Managing the internal engineering team.
  4. Preparing and reviewing tender documents and contracts for MEP packages.
  5. Handling technical details, contractual documentation, implementation, and contract management.
  6. Drafting, developing, and editing plans and models related to the project.
Qualifications & experience:
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the design and management of electrical and mechanical projects, preferably in a Technical Office setting.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  4. Languages: Catalan / Spanish. Advanced English proficiency is essential.
Preferred additional experience:
  • Experience working on Data Centre Projects.
