Orisha Commerce is seeking a highly experienced IT professional for the position of Infrastructure & Cloud Systems Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Installing, configuring, and security hardening Ubuntu servers running Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat.
  2. Preparing machine images on AWS and Azure for server provisioning.
Position Responsibilities
  • Define the optimal configuration of Ubuntu, Apache HTTP Server, and Apache Tomcat for running Openbravo solutions.
  • Ensure Openbravo servers deliver optimal performance and provide adequate observability.
  • Enforce best security practices on Openbravo servers in compliance with ISO 27001.
  • Develop and evolve Packer processes for recurrent generation of machine images on AWS and Azure.
  • Support the Infrastructure and Cloud Evolution team in automating server provisioning procedures.
Position Requirements

Must have:

  1. At least 4 years of experience working with Ubuntu Linux (server) as a System Administrator or similar Debian-based distributions.
  2. Experience with Tomcat Application Server.
  3. Experience with Apache2 HTTP Server.
  4. Java installation and configuration skills.
