Position Overview:
As a Danish-Speaking Marketing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals through effective use of Google Ads products. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop customized marketing strategies, and optimize their advertising campaigns. Your fluency in Danish and proficiency in English will be essential in communicating effectively with our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation and Strategy Development:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with Danish-speaking clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
- Develop customized marketing strategies and plans that leverage Google Ads products to achieve client objectives.
- Present and explain marketing strategies to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and expected outcomes.
- Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for clients, ensuring they achieve maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Client Support and Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to discuss campaign performance and future strategies.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze market data and client feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication at all times.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign details, and performance metrics in our CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and client feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
- Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is advantageous but not required for junior profiles.
- Knowledge of Google Ads products and digital marketing is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate marketing tools and software.
