Nuestro cliente es un despacho de abogados líder con presencia en más de 12 países que precisa incorporar a un / a Talent Acquisition Specialist para sus oficinas en Barcelona ciudad.

Como Talent Acquisition Specialist, reportarás a la Manager de Recursos Humanos y serás responsable de gestionar procesos de selección y liderar proyectos clave en el ámbito de diversidad, formación y employer branding.

Responsabilidades
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de selección, desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la incorporación de talento.
  • Realizar reuniones con clientes internos para comprender a fondo los requisitos y necesidades de cada posición.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias innovadoras para la atracción de talento.
  • Liderar iniciativas de diversidad e inclusión relacionadas con género, diversidad funcional y LGTBI+.
  • Diseñar y coordinar proyectos de employer branding para fortalecer la marca empleadora de la firma.
  • Organizar y liderar talleres y actividades de formación para el desarrollo profesional de los equipos.
  • Analizar métricas de reclutamiento y proponer mejoras para optimizar los procesos.
  • Coordinarse con diferentes departamentos para asegurar la alineación de las iniciativas de talento con los objetivos estratégicos del despacho.
  • Actuar como embajador / a de la empresa, asegurando una comunicación profesional con todos los stakeholders.
  • Identificar tendencias del mercado laboral para anticipar necesidades de talento.
Requisitos
  • Grado en Psicología, Derecho o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3-4 años en Talent Acquisition o Recursos Humanos.
  • Alta capacidad de comunicación y facilidad para interactuar con stakeholders a todos los niveles.
  • Perfil creativo, con habilidad para proponer y ejecutar ideas disruptivas.
  • Interés en proyectos de diversidad, inclusión y employer branding.
Beneficios
