**About Us:**

AIL Madrid Spanish Language School is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our dynamic international team. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all candidates are welcome.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Organize group trips to Madrid for high schools and universities, including classes, activities, accommodations, transportation, and other services.
• Prepare offers and quotes for clients.
• Provide timely, personalized, and professional responses to clients.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Manage one of the company's Facebook pages.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to secure competitive pricing and services for clients.
• Develop and maintain databases.
• Perform daily reception tasks.

• An outgoing and friendly personality, capable of building trust with clients and suppliers via various communication channels.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• A positive and flexible attitude toward work.
• Creativity and a focus on cost management and revenue maximization.
• Cultural sensitivity in dealing with staff and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

**Additional Information:**

Stud- Duration: Minimum 6 months

• Start Date: April 2024
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with one Saturday every 4 weeks (with a day off in exchange). The schedule can be adjusted as per the school's needs.
• An internship contract must be signed between your university and AIL Madrid before the internship begins.
