Site Manager de instalaciones renovables y de eficiencia energética.

Tareas

Gestión Integral del proyecto:

  • Interlocución con el cliente
  • Redacción de informes de avance (plazo, coste, calidad)
  • Gestión del equipo de Oficina Técnica y On Site. Coordinación del equipo
  • Especificar la calidad de cada parte entregable.
  • Estimar los recursos y los plazos necesarios.
  • Desarrollar e implementar un plan y procesos para el proyecto.
  • Gestión de riesgos, problemas y cambios que puedan haber en el proyecto.
  • Gestión de proveedores
  • Planificación de actividades
  • Identificación y control de riesgos
Requisitos
  • Ingeniero/a o ingeniero/a técnico/a
  • Experiencia mínima de 5-10 años en proyectos de plantas fotovoltaicas Utility Scale como site manager
  • Experiencia deseable como Director Facultativo de obras industriales
  • Experiencia en Servicios de Ingeniería de la Propiedad
  • Experiencia en negociación con contratistas
  • Carnet de conducir.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Conocimientos de herramientas informáticas (Office, Project, ...) a nivel de usuario.
  • Conocimiento de inglés a nivel de proyecto.
  • Manejo de AutoCAD
