Your mission will be to provide customer service in the French language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

  • Experience in customer service.

What do we offer you?

  • Fixed discontinuous contract with 2 months trial period.
  • Full time 39 hours/week.
  • Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
  • Modality of work: Hybrid mode (the trainings are on-site. Agents must attend the office at least one week per month). We are located in the area of Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides - Paseo Imperial, 14.
  • Salary of 1538€ gross/month.
  • Training start date 24th June.
