Tareas

We are seeking an energetic, resourceful, and hands-on Project Manager Producer for Internal Communications and Employee Experience to partner with our consultants in creating modern work transformation programs with powerful employee experiences within our clients' strategy execution programs.

As the Project Manager Producer for Internal Communications and Employee Experience, you will collaborate closely with our consultants to conceptualize, plan, and execute various touchpoints such as events, meetings, workshops, and the production and impact delivery of engagement artifacts. You will play a crucial role in convincing clients of the value of employee experience and internal communications actions, making them simple and accessible to implement within ActioGlobal projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Convincing:

  • Partner closely with ActioGlobal consultants to integrate employee experience and internal communications initiatives into client projects.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop compelling proposals and presentations that convince clients of the value and impact of these initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to consultants in positioning and selling employee experience and internal communications solutions to clients.

Employee Experience Production:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce memorable employee experiences and engagement touchpoints aligned with our clients' strategy execution programs, ensuring simplicity and accessibility for clients.
  • Create and manage the production of welcome packs, engagement artifacts (e.g., boxes, t-shirts, notebooks, pens), and other materials that enhance the employee experience during events (e.g: photocalls, team fun cabins, etc.).
  • Ensure high-quality, low-cost production and timely delivery of all employee experience elements.

Event and Meeting Production:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful internal events, meetings, and workshops that support our clients' strategy execution journey, making them easy for clients to implement and participate in.
  • Manage all aspects of event production, including venue selection, logistics, audio-visual requirements, catering, and on-site coordination.
  • Develop and produce engaging content, presentations, and materials for events and meetings.

Internal Communications Execution:

  • Create and distribute compelling internal communications content across various channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, and digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for clients.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging with the overall strategy execution program.
  • Manage the production and distribution of internal communications materials, such as videos, infographics, and employee handbooks.

Video and Visual Content Production:

  • Produce high-quality, low-cost videos of events, interviews, and other relevant content to enhance internal communications and employee experiences.
  • Independently handle the entire video production process, including scriptwriting, recording, and post-production.
  • Utilize graphic design tools to create visually appealing and engaging content without relying on external support.

Project Management:

  • Independently manage multiple internal communications and employee experience projects within ActioGlobal client engagements from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement:

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and employee experience initiatives within client projects.
  • Gather feedback from clients, employees, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Continuously seek innovative ideas and best practices to enhance the impact and engagement of initiatives while maintaining simplicity and accessibility for clients.
Requisitos

You will rock at this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event production, internal communications, or employee engagement roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage end-to-end projects within client engagements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging.
  • Creative and resourceful mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging employee experiences that are simple and accessible for clients.
  • Proficiency in event production, logistics management, and vendor coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and production of marketing collateral.
  • Strong video production skills, including scriptwriting, recording, and post-production, with the ability to produce high-quality, low-cost videos independently.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and a keen eye for aesthetics to create visually appealing content without relying on external support.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with consultants and convince clients.
  • Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and driving engagement within client organizations.
