Tasks
  • Lead negotiations with contractors and subcontractors based on the requirements of each project
  • Coordinate all relevant parties involved in the project: strategic definition, preparation and brief, concept design, developed design, technical design, and procurement
  • Stay on top of cost and time management, ensuring that all project records are consistently updated
  • Proactively anticipate and address any potential issues to minimize their impact on schedule, budget, and overall quality
  • Understand the complexities of the supply chain and effectively manage procurement aspects of the construction process
  • Ensure successful handover and closeout
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Construction Project Management
  • Experience in the Restaurant industry
  • Proficient in building codes, construction sequencing, and best building practices
  • Experience in cost estimating, cost control and analysis to ensure the projects stay within budgetary constraints
  • Proficiency in project management, including data evaluation, scoping projects, risk assessment, task delegation, and preparing presentations
  • Effective communication abilities for coordinating diverse stakeholders
  • Availability to travel
