Our Fin Tech Saa S client is launching a new office in Barcelona and expanding their German team, and we're looking for an Account Executive to be part of this exciting growth. This opportunity offers full ownership of the sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and is ideal for you who have been closing deal B2 B for a couple of years, or have been a high performing SDR/BDR who is ready to take the next step. Their innovative solution simplifies corporate spending by integrating procurement, expense management, invoice processing, and accounting automation. Trusted by over 200,000 users across leading brands, they are headquartered in Europe and maintain offices in several major cities. What will you do?Generate and qualify new leads by identifying key decision-makers within target organizations across the DACH market Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure continuous achievement of acquisition goals Design and implement personalized outreach strategies using email, phone, social platforms, and meetings Lead discovery calls to understand prospect needs and align the solution accordingly Deliver tailored product demos and presentations that emphasize value and return on investment Handle objections confidently and effectively to maintain momentum in the sales process Lead commercial negotiations, secure stakeholder buy-in, and close new business deals Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Onboarding, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to report progress and ensure transparencyRequirementsFluent in German (spoken and written), with excellent English communication skills Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2 B new sales, ideally in SMB or mid-market environments Strong commercial instincts, autonomy, and the ability to consistently exceed quotas Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in various pipeline stages Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities, with a consultative, customer-centric approach High level of resilience, adaptability, and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results Confident in MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologiesWhat you're offeredRelocation package: Paid flights, accommodation and cash allowance Four monthly remote workdays and three fully remote working weeks annually Access to Moka.care for mental health support Social impact engagement via Vendredi Latest Apple hardware and stocked office kitchen Inclusive and international team culture (35+ nationalities) Empowering work environment focused on autonomy, ownership, and professional growth Competitive local salary package with uncapped commissionsTake ownership of your sales journey with an organization that values boldness, curiosity, and human connection, and shape the future of intelligent spend management.
