Serás la persona que marque el ritmo, garantizando que todo salga según lo previsto: calidad, eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente.¿Cuál será tu misión? Ser eldirector de orquestaque coordina todas las fases del proyecto, asegurando que cada pieza encaje a la perfección. Liderar equipos técnicos y humanos, motivándolos para alcanzar metas ambiciosas. Ser elinterlocutor clave con el cliente , generando confianza y aportando soluciones. Planificar, monitorizar y garantizar que todo se cumpla: calidad, seguridad y plazos. Gestionar presupuestos, recursos y compras, manteniendo el control económico del proyecto. Detectar oportunidades de negocio y aportar visión estratégica.¿Qué buscamos en ti? Formación en Ingeniería (Naval, Industrial o similar). Algo de experiencia en Naval. Experiencia sólida en proyectos de fabricación e instalación, liderando varios a la vez. Conocimientos técnicos: interpretación de planos, Excel avanzado. Inglés valorable (B2). Competencias: liderazgo, organización, visión estratégica, capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y orientación a resultados.¿Por qué te va a encantar este reto?
