Established Search is supporting the regional growth of a cardiovascular medical device manufacturer expanding its commercial and clinical footprint in Southern Europe. We are seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to take full ownership of a defined territory in North-East Spain.This role combines hands-on clinical support with commercial responsibility and is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with physicians, influencing adoption through education, and building long-term customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow hospital accounts across a defined interventional cardiology territory Own the full sales process, from prospecting through long-term account development Provide hands-on clinical support during PCI procedures and early case adoption Train and educate physicians, nurses, and cath lab staff on device usage and indications Support first cases, review post-procedural imaging, and drive optimal product utilisation Develop and execute structured account plans to meet sales and service objectives Act as the primary point of contact for customers, decision-makers, and key influencersRequirements3+ years’ experience in interventional cardiology in a clinical or commercial role Strong understanding of cath lab workflows and PCI procedures Proven ability to train and support physicians and clinical teams in the field Commercial mindset with experience managing hospital accounts and sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regionTo be considered, please apply directly or emailadam.love@established-search.comwith your CV and a brief note outlining your interest.Please note: due to the anticipated volume of applications, only candidates who closely match the requirements will be contacted.
