Reig Jofre GxP Training Manager Estamos buscando a un/aGxP Training Managerpara que pueda contribuir a los diferentes proyectos que estamos desarrollando en las plantas productivas ubicadas en Sant Joan Despí.Misión Su misión principal será la de diseñar, implementar y mantener el sistema de formación regulatoria bajo normativas GxP para asegurar que todo el personal cuenta con las competencias necesarias para desempeñar sus funciones conforme a los estándares de calidad y requisitos regulatorios. Asimismo, deberá anticiparse a las necesidades formativas, manteniéndose actualizado sobre las últimas novedades y mejoras prácticas del sector, y promoviendo proactivamente su incorporación al sistema formativo.ResponsabilidadesDesarrollar, implementar y mantener el plan anual de formación GxP, integrando observaciones regulatorias y desviaciones para reforzar el sistema y reducir el error humano.Gestionar el VLMS, incluida la creación y promoción de cursos internos y externos.Optimizar las matrices de formación y asignar planes formativos GxP.Cocrear y seguir métricas de formación ágiles y eficientes.Garantizar la formación inicial, recurrente y específica de puesto conforme a los requisitos GxP.Soporte y coordinación de la formación en SOP’s, cambios de procesos y nuevos procedimientos.Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo del sistema formativo, incorporando tendencias y requisitos emergentes.Preparar y proporcionar documentación y evidencias de formación para auditorías internas y externas.Colaborar con SME (Subject Matter Experts) para asegurar la calidad técnica de los contenidos.Apoyar a managers y líderes de área en la planificación de rutas formativas específicas para sus equipos.Garantizar que los planes de formación son eficientes, se adecuan a las necesidades de cada puesto de trabajo y se mantienen actualizados.Definir junto con Managers y Recursos Humanos los criterios de selección y capacitación de formadores GxP.Impulsar un proceso de mejora continua del sistema de formación GxP alineado con la excelencia operacional.CalificacionesLicenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud o Experimentos.Experiencia mínima de 5 años en rol de formación en entorno GxP dentro de la industria farmacéutica, biotecnológica o afines.Imprescindible haber trabajado en industria farmacéutica y tener experiencia en entornos GMP.Muy valorable experiencia previa en inspecciones FDA.Nivel alto de inglés.Capacidad de organización, planificación, resolución y dotes de trabajo en equipo con las distintas áreas operativas de la organización.Beneficios Salario competitivo en función de la capacidad y experiencia del candidato.Horario flexible de entrada y salida (de 7:30h a 9:30h hasta las 16:30h a 18:30h)Contrato indefinido.Plan de compensación flexible (seguro médico, ticket transporte, guardería, formación…)Formar parte de una empresa líder en el sector farmacéutico.Cómo postular Si cumples con los requisitos y quieres involucrarte en un nuevo reto profesional, no lo dudes Apúntate#J-18808-Ljbffr
