Akens \ Nordburg sucht für ein deutsches IT-Lösungsunternehmen einen erfahrenen Business Analyst (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des in Spanien ansässigen Teams. In dieser Rolle fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT und überführen komplexe fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare technische Lösungen. Standort: 100 % Remote aus Spanien AUFGABEN: Analyse, Strukturierung und Dokumentation von fachlichen Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozessen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT, Entwicklungsteams und Stakeholdern Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen im Energiemarkt Mitarbeit an Themen der Marktkommunikation Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien Begleitung der Umsetzung in agilen Entwicklungsteams Sicherstellung einer klaren, nachvollziehbaren und vollständigen Anforderungsdokumentation ANFORDERUNGEN: Relevantes Hochschulstudien für die Position Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder Product Owner , idealerweise im Energiehandel , Direktmarketing oder vergleichbaren regulierten Marktumfeldern Gutes Verständnis von End-to-End-Prozessen im Energiemarkt Erfahrung in der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen (z. B. BPMN, UML) Erfahrung im Bereich Marktkommunikation Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Azure DevOps oder Jira Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und strukturiert darzustellen xcskxlj Hohe Eigenständigkeit , Verantwortungsbewusstsein (Ownership) und Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ( zwingend erforderlich ) Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Kenntnisse in Java Spring Boot , um bestehende Business-Logik im Code besser zu verstehen oder validieren zu können ANGEBOT: Möglichkeiten zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung und persönlichen Entwicklung Flexible Arbeitsmodelle – 100 % Remote Dynamisches und kollaboratives Arbeitsumfeld
