NOVA Client | YC-backed AI SaaS Startup Location: Remote from the EU | Relocation to New York available Contract type: Full-time | Equity + Visa sponsorshipAt NOVA, we are managing a key position for one of our clients: a Y Combinator–backed AI startup based in New York that is transforming how SaaS companies deliver product demos.Their product enables instant, hyper-personalized demos in any language—without the need for a human sales rep. The AI agent learns how any software works, joins live video calls with prospects, and, through a real browser, navigates, explains, and interacts with the product in real time.This is a complex and high-impact problem, with future applications in onboarding, support, enablement, and automation. They are building something that was not technically possible just a few months ago.The RoleWe’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer—a technically exceptional candidate with outstanding academic background, experience in top-tier companies, and a passion for building product from scratch.You will work closely with the founding team (previously at MIT, IBM Research, BCG Gamma, and AI startups), with full ownership over your work and direct impact on the product and company.Target start date: January 2026 (flexible and negotiable)ResponsibilitiesBuild end-to-end features, from frontend components to backend servicesDesign intuitive, responsive interfaces using ReactDevelop high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPIWork on LLM-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI integrationsDeploy, monitor, and maintain production code in AWSTake technical decisions and own what you buildIterate quickly based on real user feedbackRequirementsProven experience as a Full Stack EngineerStrong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.jsSolid experience in Python, ideally using FastAPIFamiliarity with PostgreSQL and async patterns (Redis or Supabase is a plus)Comfort with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps basicsA product mindset: you care as much about user experience as you do about clean codeNice to HaveExperience working with LLMs and AI-powered featuresKnowledge of browser automation / headless browser toolsStrong eye for UI/UXExperience in early-stage startups or 0-to-1 product developmentStrong academic performance and background in high-bar technical environmentsWhat They OfferMeaningful equity from day oneA high-impact, high-ownership role with full visibilityRelocation to New York, with full visa sponsorship and legal supportA team culture built around technical talent, autonomy, and innovationThe opportunity to build and scale a product from its earliest stage
