We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. Based in Madrid, you’ll focus primarily on the Irish market, speaking directly with business owners and helping them see the clear ROI of our solutions. The role offers a strong base salary plus generous commissions and a structured pathway into a closing role.Work Schedule: Initial: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home each week Progression: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home each weekWhat You’ll Do: Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses, primarily in Ireland but also in other English-speaking markets Educate prospects by showing them common challenges and the proven results we’ve delivered Book qualified consultations for our senior sales team and ensure strong attendance Keep your pipeline organised, documenting notes and follow-ups with accuracy and speed Hit daily and monthly KPIs across calls, meetings booked, and show rates Learn and progress towards an Account Executive role with product training and mentorshipRequirements: 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR experience a plus) Fluent English, strong communication and listening skills Organised and diligent, able to manage leads and notes in digital platforms with accuracy and speed Resilient, persistent, and motivated to achieve sales targets Tech-savvy and adaptable, quick to learn new tools and processesWhat We Offer: Base gross salary €1,400–€2,000/month, depending on experience Generous commissions and performance bonuses, with realistic on-target earnings that exceed typical Madrid BDR benchmarks Fast-track progression into an Account Executive role within months Ongoing product and sales training with direct support from senior management Work with a diverse, international team in a fast-scaling digital agencyWhy Join Us?
