Join us and help engineer the future.Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring the excellence, consistency, and performance of all Air Defence programs — driving planning, control, and governance across projects and teams. Your leadership will help ensure the successful delivery of complex, high-impact systems to our clients in Spain and worldwide.⚙️ Key Responsibilities Lead theprojectteaminvolved in tactical communication program. Define and overseeproject management methodologies, standards, and KPIsto ensure alignment with corporate strategy. Monitorprogram performance(schedule, cost, risks, quality) and support decision-making at executive level. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Business Units to optimize resource allocation and efficiency. Prepareexecutive dashboardsand status reports for senior management and institutional clients. Ensure the robustness and integrity of project financial data on the systems, supporting accurate reporting. Drive a culture ofcontinuous improvement, discipline, and innovationin project governance.Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 7+ yearsof experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably inDefence, Aerospace, or complex systemsindustries. Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams. Deep understanding ofproject management standards(PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Proficiency inMS Project, Primavera, or similar tools . Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills. English is a must, Spanish is a plus. Eligible for working with classified or restricted defence information (as per national regulations).What We Offer: Direct involvement instrategic radar programs .
